StereoPravda warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, if properly installed, under normal use for a period of ONE YEAR from the date of purchase, and by the original owner.
The liability of StereoPravda under the warranty is limited to replacing, repairing, or issuing a credit, at its option, for any products which ARE RETURNED BY AN ORIGINAL PURCHASER during such period, PROVIDED:
(a) The supplied WARRANTY CARD is filled and sent to us within 14 days of purchase with a copy of dated receipt.
(b) THE PURCHASER contacts us by phone +7(925)123-3334 or by e-mail at bigmisha@stereopravda.com for an RA number to return the product in its complete ORIGINAL packaging.
(c) The defective product is returned to StereoPravda where the repair will be made, transportation prepaid.
(d) StereoPravda has determined that the defects exist and have not been caused by misuse, improper installation, improper maintenance, operation outside the product’s specifications, unauthorized modifications or alterations.
NOTES:
A “no question asked” return program’s 5% restocking fee may apply to warranty returns, requesting full credit, if a unit is determined to be No Fault Found and returned within the first 30 days from the date of purchase.
At our discretion, if we decide on accepting a return of a NFF unit, a 25% restocking fee may apply to warranty returns, requesting full credit, if a unit is determined to be No Fault Found and returned after the first 30 days from the date of purchase.
A test fee may also apply to NFF units. If warranty is rejected or determined NFF (No Fault Found) by our thorough testing, our possible credit may be no longer valid, and return shipping, and/or repair and/or replacement are at the expense of the customer.
StereoPravda assumes no responsibility of consequential damages of any nature. The Customer will assume all liability for the consequences of its use or misuse of our products by himself/herself, their employees or others.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness.
This warranty does not cover labor, rentals, or lost wages under any circumstances.

Costs & Repair Times
Please contact by e-mail at bigmisha@stereopravda.com or call us at +7(925)123-3334. We can then provide out best estimate for repairs. Repair price can vary depending on the model or what types of repairs are required.
However most repairs, excluding SPearphone SB-6 and SB-7/7A dedicated “Black Cat” complete cable assembly replacement or SPearphone SB-7A mini-XLR-mini-jack adaptor repair, can be done for our standard $200 fee.
Please provide the model number and possible photos would be very helpful in determining the repair costs. Turn around time is usually 1-2 weeks, but it could take up to 3-4 weeks with shipping time.
Expedited shipping is available at an extra cost.
